The USAIN/CBHL 2024 Biennial Conference will be held in East Lansing, Michigan and hosted by Michigan State University Libraries from May 5-8, 2024.

All registrations close April 26, 2024.

In Person Registration Rates:

USAIN or CBHL Member Full Conference Registration (inc. Awards Dinner) - $450
Non–USAIN or CBHL Member Full Conference Registration (inc. Awards Dinner) - $500
Student or Retiree Full Conference Registration (inc. Awards Dinner) - $200
One-Day Conference Registration - $200
Additional Awards Dinner Attendee (inc. transportation to and from venue) - $90

New to the 2024 conference is the opportunity to attend hybrid sessions virtually. In addition to a livestream of the keynote and plenary sessions, recordings of the main speakers will be made available to all registrants for 30 days after the conference concludes.

Virtual-Only Registration Rates:

Full Conference Registration - $250
One-Day Conference Registration - $150

AgNIC Meeting

The AgNIC meeting will be held at the MSU Libraries on Thursday, May 9, with a reception in the evening on May 8. A separate registration form is available for the AgNIC meeting. Registered attendees of the USAIN/CBHL conference will receive a registration code for a discounted rate to attend the AgNIC meeting.

AgNIC Meeting Only Virtual Registration - $100
Discounted Registration for USAIN/CBHL Attendees (inc. AgNIC Banquet) - $100*
Additional AgNIC Reception Attendee - $40

*After registering for the USAIN/CBHL conference, a registration code will be provided for the discounted AgNIC rate.
