NOTE:
Online registration closed Friday, April 18th. Walk-in registration will be available during the conference beginning at 8 AM April 25th. The conference Registration Desk will be set up outside the Illiniwek Room at the Chancellor Hotel & Convention Center.

The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Division of Conferences & Institutes is handling registration for the 2003 USAIN conference. Registration fees do not include lodging; you will need to contact the Chancellor Hotel and Conference Center to reserve a room.

Registration fees

  • USAIN member registration (before April 8, 2003): $225.00
  • USAIN member registration (after April 8, 2003): $250.00
  • Non-USAIN member registration (before April 8, 2003): $250.00
  • Non-USAIN member registration (after April 8, 2003): $275.00
  • Student registration: $100.00
  • Daily registration: $100.00

There are four options for registering:

  • Via the secure online form
  • Fax registration form
  • Register by phone
  • Mail registration form

Note to potential international attendees
Please read this before registering!
To summarize: USAIN can not provide financial assistance nor write letters of invitation.

Note to Exhibitors concerning registration and fees
This special form should be used by exhibitors to register.

Preconference and Saturday evening performances

Please also use the registration form to indicate which pre-conference sessions you're planning to attend. Preconference workshops are free to all registered Conference attendees.

Also use the registration form if you would like to sign up to attend one of the performances Saturday night at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts.
< Sorry! As of April 8th, we've removed this option from the registration form since we wanted to purchase the reserved tickets. You may still be able to purchase a ticket for one of the performances, though -- contact the Krannert Center yourself --http://216.43.25.82:8880/tickets/>

Please refer to the program for details on preconference workshops and the Saturday evening performances.

Cancellations

If you register for the Conference and find you cannot attend, you may send a substitute in your place. If you notify the Conferences & Institutes office (217-333-2880) by April 8th to cancel your registration, you will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be made after April 8th.
